A proud American born in Merida, Mexico, Henry served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. He graduated cum laude with a degree in business from Belmont College in Nashville, Tennessee and received his MBA from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. A Miami native for the first part of his life, Henry and his family moved to Orlando in 1989.

Mary Ann has attained more than 25 years of success in private non-profit and university grants development and administration. Her past employers have included the University of Central Florida, The Florida Hospital Foundation and the Orlando Science Center. During her career, she has written countless grant proposals and managed more than 200 grant and contract awards totaling more than $68 million dollars. She was a member of the team that developed and executed the strategic plan and capital campaign to build the Orlando Science Center in Loch Haven Park, completed in 1997.

Vivian Delia has been in the educational realm for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and began teaching in 1977 as a 6th grade teacher in the Rockwood School District, St. Louis County, Missouri. In 1981, Vivian received a Master of Education in Counseling and became an elementary school counselor in 1987 in the Rockwood School District. In 1992, Vivian obtained a Master of Education in Educational Administration and then pursued advancing her educational level in receiving 24 credit hours in Educational Studies with an emphasis on character education from St. Louis University in 2004.
